1. Who We Are Justice Pictures is an independent film production company pioneering AI-assisted cinematic storytelling. Our website is located at justicepictures.com.
2. What Information We Collect Justice Pictures collects information in the following ways:
Membership & purchases — When you create a membership account or complete a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Justice Pictures does not store your credit card details directly.
Comments — When you leave a comment on our site we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.
Media — If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from any images posted publicly.
Contact forms — Information submitted through our Contact page is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
3. Cookies We use cookies to improve your experience on our site. Here is how we use them:
- If you leave a comment you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for one year so you do not need to re-enter them on future visits
- When you visit our login page a temporary cookie is set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser
- When you log into your member account we set cookies to save your login information and display preferences. Login cookies last two days. If you select Remember Me your login persists for two weeks. Screen option cookies last one year. Logging out removes all login cookies
- If you edit or publish content an additional cookie records the post ID for one day. It contains no personal data
4. Gravatar An anonymized string derived from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to determine if you use it. You can review Gravatar’s privacy policy at automattic.com/privacy. If approved, your profile picture may appear publicly alongside any comments you leave.
5. Embedded Content Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, and articles from third party sources. Embedded content behaves as if you visited those third party sites directly. Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed tracking, and monitor your interaction with their content — including if you are logged into an account on their platform.

- With Stripe for payment processing
- With Gravatar for profile image display
- Your IP address may be included in password reset emails as a security measure
- Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service
8. How Long We Retain Your Data Comment data and metadata are retained indefinitely to support automatic approval of follow up comments.
Member account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account we will remove your personal data except where retention is required for legal, administrative, or security purposes.
9. Your Rights Over Your Data If you have an account on this site or have left comments you have the right to:
- Request an exported copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements

11. Children’s Privacy Our membership site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
